The client wanted a complete interior and exterior transformation, with a distinctive outdoor concept and bespoke water features forming an important part of the overall vision.
Deco Living developed the full interior and exterior design and subsequently carried that vision through complete execution.

The client wanted more than a series of individual improvements. The objective was a complete interior and exterior transformation, with the different parts of the property working together as one overall concept.
A distinctive outdoor environment and bespoke water features formed an important part of the brief.

Deco Living developed the full interior and exterior design for Villa 41 in-house, allowing both sides of the property to be considered as part of one connected transformation.
Rather than treating landscape, exterior works and interior changes as unrelated elements, the design process allowed the project to evolve around one overall direction.

Following the design phase, Deco Living moved into full execution of the project, coordinating interior and exterior works while continuing to refine selected design details during construction.
This continuity between design and delivery allowed decisions to evolve without separating the project from its original direction.

Bespoke water features formed an important part of the client's outdoor requirements for Villa 41. Deco Living incorporated fountain, waterfall and rain-water features into the overall design and execution of the project.

The challenge was to incorporate those evolving requirements while keeping the interior and exterior works coordinated as part of the same overall project.

During execution, selected design details continued to be refined while the team managed the different workstreams as one connected project.
This allowed the finished property to maintain a coherent direction even as individual details evolved.
